Laura Fischer, our newest author

The start of summer has made real life crazy for our writers, but we’ve just about got all the kinks worked out for the next batch of stories.
First, I’d like to introduce Laura Fischer, who’s joining us as both an author and copy editor. I’ve known Laura since college, and all of us at Children of the Wells are excited to have her on board. We’re just finishing up the edits on her novel, The Doctor’s Assistant, the sequel to The Select’s Bodyguard. Stay tuned for coming early July.
And now, a few housekeeping details:
- If you haven’t heard, The Wheel Is Broken is now available. It collects 10 flash fictions detailing how the Jalseian Cataclysm affected people on all ends of the social spectrum. It’s a nice little collection (if I do say so myself). As bonus content, it’s available only as an ebook for the token cost of $1.
- The ebook version of The Select’s Bodyguard has been delayed but should be out by the end of June.
- The start of our new plotline, detailing the youngest prince of Thyrion, Jaysynn, begins very soon! (June 25, if all goes well.) You’ll be hearing more about that at the end of the week.
